Surgery Requirements: Dr. Freet follows the WPATH Standards of Care Guidelines for Metoidioplasty. You will need to have letters ready for your consultation. One (1) or Two (2) Gender Therapist Letter(s) are required.
Insurance & Medicare: Insurance, including Cigna, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Aetna, as well as Medicare are accepted.
Consultations with Dr. Freet: Phone and in-person consultation fee is $124. A surgery date can usually be booked within weeks of your consult.
