Dr. Ley developed a clinical interest in Gender Surgery while working at the University of Utah. After transitioning herself, Dr. Ley sought out training in Gender Surgery, which included a focus on Metoidioplasty. Dr. Ley now offers two types of Metoidioplasty: Simple Release Metoidioplasty and Full Metoidioplasty, which includes Vaginectomy, Urethral Lengthening, Scrotoplasty and Testicular Implants. Dr. Ley can also perform Scrotal Tissue Expansion and Mons Resection to optimize Metoidioplasty results.

Surgery Requirements
- Dr. Ley follows WPATH guidelines for genital surgery. You will need to provide two referrals from qualified mental health professionals and a letter from your hormone specialist stating you have been on 12 months of continuous hormones, unless clinically contraindicated.
